This mornings readings from the Psalms were chapters 43 and 149. The scriptures for the day are Ezekiel 39:21-29, Philippians 4:10-20 and John 17:20-26. This evenings readings from the Psalms are chapters 31 and 143.

What a way to start the day, with Psalm 34. It is a reminder to me God not only hears us, He is faithful to deliver us and He redeems us. Verse 8 says "Blessed is the man who trusts in Him". To truly trust in God would deliver me from all the wasted time worrying. What a blessing that would be. Lord forgive me, Thank you that you are a faithful God, true to your word. Thank you that today, I can put everything into Your hands and truly live as a child in Your Kingdom.
